1. Shipping & Delivery

Pre-Orders
A pre-order occurs when we have incoming stock that has not yet reached our fulfilment centers. You can still order these products, and we will ship your order as soon as stock arrives. This is usually on, or close to, the specified date on the product page.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard shipping usually takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

Important Notes
Shipping timeframes are based on the advertised dispatch date. For pre-orders, the dispatch date is approximate and shown on the product page. Our warehouse team is working hard behind the scenes to get your order out as quickly as possible. During sales, licensed drops, and/or peak periods like Black Friday and Boxing Day, it may take us a little longer. We thank you in advance for your patience.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is essential to provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process. We will not be responsible for replacing products if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided. If you realize that you have entered the wrong address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@aerbubblr.com. In case a package is returned to us due to an incomplete shipping address, the shipping fee will not be refunded. If you require re-delivery, you will be responsible for the associated shipping fee.

2. Returns, Exchanges & Replacements

Return Policy
We accept returns for 30 days from the date your order is delivered/received. We can only accept unopened items for hygiene reasons. This protects you and ensures every customer receives a completely safe, untouched product. A 15% restocking fee applies.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item is defective or damaged, you are protected by our 30-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered/received.

Defects covered:

  • Visible Defects (pre-use): cracks, broken parts, missing filter, or obvious manufacturing flaws.
  • Functional Defects (post-use): showerhead does not generate microbubbles, water does not flow properly, or leaks due to a manufacturing error.

What you need to do:

  • Provide clear photos or short videos showing the issue.
  • Our support team will assess your claim.
  • Once verified, we’ll provide a one-time replacement shipped via standard delivery. Customers who prefer a refund may request it instead at the time of claim.

Exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. reduced pressure after filter lifespan).
  • Items provided free of charge or as complimentary gifts with your order.
  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance (e.g. minor scratches, color variations, or packaging dents).

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

  • You must provide clear photos and videos of your parcel and/or item(s) prior to shipping so we can assess the condition.
  • Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless defective.
  • Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, and in ‘as new’ condition, including swing tags, boxes, ribbons, and specialty packaging.

Bundles & Free Gifts
If a product was purchased as part of a promotional bundle or with free gift(s), all bundled items and free gifts must be returned. Partial returns of a bundle or only the purchased item will be deemed invalid, and we reserve the right to reject the return request.

Shipping Costs
You are responsible for shipping returned items to our designated address in Singapore. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
Refunds for returned items (after restocking fees, if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive your return to inspect the item(s) and process your refund.
